Tasty potatoes are no coincidence. We test, sort and check our potatoes every step of the way.
Respect for our farmers
There can be no delicious potatoes without the care of our farmers. We are on a first-name basis with them, and together, we strive for the highest quality potatoes.

Quality control at intake
Every load of potatoes coming in from the field is tested. We take a sample and actually make fries to assess the quality.

Rinsing and storage
If the quality meets our standards, we rinse the potatoes in our machines and sort them by variety, size and farmer. That is how we always know exactly where your potatoes come from.

Cutting and inspection
We peel and cut the potatoes to the right size. The final product is optically inspected to ensure there are no black spots.

Cooling and packaging
We cool the fries to 2°C before packaging them in 5- or 10-kilogram bags. Everything is neatly stacked in crates to keep the potatoes in top condition.

Biogas and electricity
We don’t discard the peels—we reuse them to produce biogas and generate electricity.

All the way to the kitchen
Our work doesn’t stop at delivery. We value feedback from chefs who prepare our potatoes in their kitchens. If, as a fry shop owner, you’re not getting our fries perfectly golden brown, we’ll drop by and help you improve the process.
