Logistics Coordinator
You are responsible for incoming orders, planning these orders in the production process and delivery to the customer.
Your Tasks:
- Processing incoming orders in our logistics program
- Managing production in consultation with the various line managers
- Planning and organization of outbound trips to customers and distributors
- Requesting transport orders from external carriers, managing own drivers
- First point of contact for customers and distributors
- Complaints handling
As a logistics clerk, you are customer-oriented and socially oriented. You stay calm in all circumstances and tackle problems. You have logistical knowledge (through experience or training) and have sufficient knowledge of French and English to speak to our customers.
